Okay, so I enjoy this blog very much! However, I had much difficulty with it, well, yesterday now. It’s 12:35 a.m. I have been working on it all day.

This is the third theme I have used. The first one didn’t include the names and it was kind of blah (I wanted it to be minimalist in the beginning). So, I switched to another theme and someone’s podcast/blog was at the bottom of every page and post I had.

I worked with WordPress all day trying to figure out how to get this thing off my website. It wanted a URL to remove it, but I didn’t have one because the links went nowhere. They told me to look in the embedding, and I found something that looked like a URL. But then, I couldn’t figure out where to plug in the stupid thing to remove it. Eventually, I gave up and called the Geek Squad.

The thing was it looked like an interesting blog, but its links went nowhere, however you could sign up to be on their email list. My best guess it was a scam to get email addresses. Thank goodness hardly anyone visits my blog! I hope nobody was taken in by that.

Now, I am on my third (and hopefully final) blog theme. I don’t have that scam on any page thank goodness. If it isn’t bad writing, chances are it’s not part of this blog, so beware.

I have taken up the time I was supposed to spend editing someone’s work, because I told them I would try to get to it Sunday. Oh, that’s funny. Then, Monday I wrestled with the blog. I mean look at all that I missed…

I missed National Vichyssoise Day. I was so looking forward to using my favorite vichyssoise recipe too! Have you detected the sarcasm yet? And seriously, how unfair that princes don’t get their own day? But Mickey Mouse‘s birthday is pretty cool; our favorite rodent is 96!

The blog is still a “little” rough around the edges, but most of it is fixed, so that’s good.
